The Ad Wealth Club is a Advertising and Marketing Membership Club and Website designed for Entrepreneurs’, Internet Marketers, Consultants and Business People.  When you join the Ad Wealth Club, you will receive a giant membership kit via U.S. Priority Mail as well as receive unlimited access to our E-Commerce Wealth Resource Center and your very own customized website that contains a Sign-Up Order Form, with secure credit card processing and verification capabilities, which the general public can use to sign-up as new members of the Ad Wealth Club.

New Club Members are required to pay $100 for each year of membership, plus a set-up charge of only $35. When a new member signs up at your website, The Ad Wealth Club will pay you a commission of $100 within days from the date of sign up pending payment bank clearance.  It is your sole responsibility to promote your website in order to attract new potential club members. You may promote your website any way you want, provided you do not send unsolicited emails or use any type of abusive marketing tactics. Under your individual licensed club membership, Ad Wealth Club licenses you to activate up to 10,000 new members under our stated commission structure. How­ever, Ad Wealth Club, (Universal $ervices) its owners, suppliers, and promoters DO NOT make any promise or guarantee of income, or sales, or success in exceeding this license, and that you alone are entirely responsible for all costs, risks, and liabilities associated with promoting your Ad Wealth Club program to the public.

YOU CAN ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS

The website provided to you by the Ad Wealth Club is programmed with the secure online sign-up form used at your website. If you decide to accept new members by phone, fax or mail, the "New Club Member Orders" are to be mailed and paid directly to you. You can accept cash, checks and money orders for $135.00 and then cash or deposit the money into your own bank account(s).  To register your new member, you send us the $35 set-up charge along with a copy of the new club member's sign-up form. You keep the entire $100 as your profit (we only require $35 to process the order).  Please note the Ad Wealth Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

TERMS:  ALL Sales Are Final - Your one time fee includes hosting of your site. No spamming to promote your page.  Income projections shown are for illustrative purposes only.  Your own income will depend on the marketing methods, time and efforts you put into the program and there is no income guaranteed in anyway what-so-ever.  You agree that these terms of service can be modified at anytime and also agree to check back with this site from time to time to view the current Terms Of Service.
